DoubleMcLovin
I am new to making AutoIT3 GUIs, so correct me if I am approaching this all wrong (I am thinking of it like a web page I am sure). I want to make a gui window, and in that gui window have an outlined section, and in that outlined section load a .png file (with transparency) and have it repeat to make a smooth background image for the buttons that will be placed over it. Is there a way to do this? The reason I think of making it repeat like that is because varying resolutions, screen sizes, and window sizes can be easily accommodated without making the image look poor. martin
BumpMaybe you mean like this, but I expect it's more complicated than you imagined. Change the lineLoadBitmap_FromFile("Style_Stretch.bmp" ,$Style_Stretch)to LoadBitmap_FromFile("Style_Stretch.bmp" ,$Style_Tile)to see the tiled effect. Serial port communications UDF Includes functions for binary transmission and reception.printing UDF Useful for graphs, forms, labels, reports etc.Add User Call Tips to SciTE for functions in UDFs not included with AutoIt and for your own scripts.Functions with parameters in OnEvent mode and for Hot Keys One function replaces GuiSetOnEvent, GuiCtrlSetOnEvent and HotKeySet.UDF IsConnected2 for notification of status of connected state of many urls or IPs, without slowing the script. DoubleMcLovin
That code won't load a .png file though, so I can't even use my image with transparency.
