INI file: test.ini [Drive] drive1 = C:\test\test1 $var $drive= IniRead("C:\test.ini", "Drive", "drive1", "") And Change it to $Ldrive= /cygdrive/C/test/test1 And while i am doing this change i need to capture the last folder name of the drive path to use throughout my script eg INI file test.ini [Drive] drive1 = C:\test\test1 end of ini start of script $drive= IniRead("C:\test.ini", "Drive", "drive1", "") $Folder = test1 I really have been struggling with StringReplace and StringRegExpReplace. jchd Posted May 2, 2010 Share Posted May 2, 2010 Try this: $drive= IniRead("C:\test.ini", "Drive", "drive1", "") $drive = StringReplace($drive, '\', '/') $Ldrive = StringRegExpReplace($drive, "(?i)([a-z]):(.*)", "/cygdrive/$1$2") $Folder = StringRegExp($Ldrive, "([^/]+)$", 3) ; The last folder in path is in $Folder[0] ConsoleWrite($Ldrive & @LF) ConsoleWrite($Folder[0] & @LF) That should make Cygnus happy...
