FinalVersion
Is there a designer out there? It's a real pain aligning things pixel by pixel, compiling, adjust 1 more pixel, compile, etc... jvanegmond
Borland C++ also comes with a form designer. I have used it for a while, but prefer Visual Studio now. github.com/jvanegmond

bo8ster
Hard to go past Visual Studio. I know NetBeans supports C\C++ and has a form designer but not sure if is for C++. I would not recommend Borland, in my experience it does not scale well and the IDE (i used Code Gear) is unstable. Post your code because code says more then your words can.
