Autoit file that takes over mouse control

Newbie to autoit and trying to figure out a way to run an autoit file that will control the mouse clicks of a flash presentation that has been published as a .exe file. Trying to make a right mouse click become a right arrow press on the keyboard. Right now a right mouse click brings up a context window (hard wired in Flash). Working in VISTA environment.
