zeffy
I have tried the ZIP UDF (which doesnt support passwords), the 7ZIP UDF (Which doesnt support compressing to .ZIP, at least not that I know of.), and the ZIP32 UDF, which doesnt support compressing with passwords. Is there any other Zip libraries (DLLs or UDFs) that support this? Thanks
Bert
I remember seeing somewhere a winRAR udf. I think that will do what you need. I could be wrong on this. (need coffee...) The Vollatran project My blog: http://www.vollysinterestingshit.com/

GEOSoft
I'm not sure if the 7Zip UDF allows to compress to ZIP or not but it definitly should because that is one of the standard formats used by 7Zip You could always download 7Zip and just use the command line portion of it (7za.exe). Or I could upload a copy of the 7za file and the documentation if it comes to that. George Question about decompiling code? zeffy
I was hoping to avoid external exe's for command line usage, and keep it down to dll's, but if that is the only option then I guess I have no choice :<, ill poke around with the 7zip UDF some more and see if I can figure anything out

zeffy
I'll be amazed if that UDF won't create a zip fileYup, after looking at the 7zip documentation for command line switches (which is what 7-zip32.dll uses), you can change the archive type to ZIP by using the argument -tzipThanks for the help :3 Edited May 6, 2010 by zeffy
