jaberwacky
Well, I was trying to be funny but I guess I missed my mark. My apologies. Basically, working through the helpfile tutorials will give you an idea of how to get started. Write up some code, post it here, and as long as it isn't for a bot or a keylogger or other such device then someone will most likely help you. Developers Jos Posted May 7, 2010 Developers Share Posted May 7, 2010 Well, I was trying to be funny but I guess I missed my mark. My apologies. It was clear to me you were joking as the script line you posted in not really correct and has a common made mistake in it. jaberwacky
I think I found out on the forum. ShellExecute is used to open a document with it's default program. So I should have posted: Run(@ProgramFilesDir & "\AutoIt3\AutoIt3Help.exe") Helpful Posts and Websites: AutoIt3 Variables and Function Parameters MHz | AutoIt Wiki | Using the GUIToolTip UDF BrewManNH | Can't find what you're looking for on the Forum?
