sakshi Posted May 13, 2010 Share Posted May 13, 2010 I have a issue detecting a window which appears after some processing task completes in a previous window having same title,same classname as that of the previous window, and both have no visible or hidden text as can be in the screenshothttp://mbf.me/uCFJplease help me detect this window which appears.i am using sleep right now to wait for the window to appear but that is not a robust way, because theprocessing may take longer to complete on some machines.so please help....thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
bogQ Posted May 13, 2010 Share Posted May 13, 2010 (edited) IF the windows r identical Get handle from first window and compare it to active window, or detect win size and compare it to active win. That shud solve your problems if im not wrong. (the other way "not so recomanded" can b comparing it with controls on it) Edit: Your on wrong tab for window info Go on tab Summary (the last tab on the right) to see all info from that win.
