Need help with StringSplit

ok i cant seem to notice anything and i hope you can help.

this shouldnt be happening.

What should happen?

as you can see the string being splitted is " and most of strings in the file start with " but it returns only the 2 first and the last with a string starting with ;

oh god im dumb~~!!!!! the command -.- its StringRight but should be StringLeft... dont kill me for it
