Is it possible toput fullscreen into window and backwards?

I don't know about other LCD monitors but with my my monitor picture is only sharp if it's in resolution recommended by manufacturer, which is 1280x1024. And all fullscreen applications that are not in 1280x1024 resolution turn fuzzy.

Putting 640x480 app in windowed mode would make it's picture sharp again. I googled around it,and didn't find anything for it, I am wondering if autoit could do it someway?

Is there any windows dll that controlls it? or any winapi function? any window messages?

In the example section there is a script for changing the resolution of one's screen. You could make it so when your program is running to change the resolution and change it back on exit.

Here is some code on changing screen resolution:

;===============================================================================
; Function Name:    _ChangeScreenResEx()
; Description:    Changes the current screen geometry, colour and refresh rate.
; Version:        1.0.0.0
; Parameter(s):  $i_DisplayNum - Display to change, starting at 1
;                  $i_Width - Width of the desktop screen in pixels. (horizontal resolution)
;                  $i_Height - Height of the desktop screen in pixels. (vertical resolution)
;                   $i_BitsPP - Depth of the desktop screen in bits per pixel.
;                   $i_RefreshRate - Refresh rate of the desktop screen in hertz.
; Requirement(s):   AutoIt Beta > 3.1
; Return Value(s):  On Success - Screen is adjusted, @ERROR = 0
;                  On Failure - sets @ERROR = 1
