Using A DLL

How would I get started using DLLs in AutoIt? Not DLLs that I made but any that I find that I think may have useful functions. A while back I found a program called DLL Export Viewer but it doesn't seem to give enough info to make the DLL useable. Is a DLL without documentation useless?

Mostly useless or harmful. Any wrong parameter type or misunderstood semantics will likely cause a crash or worse.

To be usable a dll function needs a complete description of its behavior and correct context of use, of its In, Out or In-Out parameters type and semantics, of its return type and semantic, its error conditions and its calling convention. MSDN entries generally give good examples of the documentation required to safely invoke a given function with all chances of success (and even then ...).

Lacking part of those informations means you're calling machine code by guesswork.
