Compiler Options

Recommended Posts

I had to do a fresh download of AutoIt, and after doing so, could no

longer find the compiler options tabs. The second tab had a option

for making sure the executable created can run in admin mode by default

in Vista. I need that.

Also, nothing happens when I select 'Help' (F1) from the pull down menu.

UmarS,

I get the compile dialog with the various tabs when I press Ctrl-F7 or <Tools - Compile> in the SciTE menu.

But I am running the full version of SciTE4AutoIt3 - are you? If not, I would thoroughly recommend it - you get lots of extra goodies to help you code in AutoIt. You can read about it and download it here.

By the way, you need to have a saved .au3 file active for the F1 feature to work. :P

Edit: Added the F1 tip.

My mistake: It is actually v3.3.6.1

UmarS,

Glad I could help.

When you reply please use the "Add Reply" button at the top and bottom of the page rather then the "Reply" button in the post itself. That way you do not get the contents of the previous post quoted in your reply and the whole thread becomes easier to read. :P
