darkjohn20
Hello, I want to send a file over TCP, and I was wondering if symbols like ³ and Ä would be allowed or not. Also, if it's just a text file, do I need to change it to binary, or can I just read and send each character? I'm pretty sure I'm capable of writing the actual sending part myself, but if not I'll come back with my code that isn't working. Thanks.
PsaltyDS
Binary is always best, unless the receiving app isn't capable of the translation. If you stick with text, it will be sent as ANSI and you are likely to lose Unicode information because unexpected null bytes will terminate the string early. Valuater's AutoIt 1-2-3, Class...
