water
The _FileCountLines function determines the number of lines by counting the @LF characters. How do you count the number of lines and get the result of 64636?Edit: I used Notepad++ and I get 164636 lines as well. water
SciTE gives me 64636, so I should play around with the _FileCountLines() function, then?Seems to be a limitation of SciTE. AutoIt and Notepad++ give the "correct" number of 164636. water
If you scroll to line number 99999 you'll see that SciTE shows 100000 as 00000. So SciTE can only display line numbers up to 99999. GEOSoft
The problem, if there is one, may be someplace else. I use this one to count lines and I get the same return Func _File_CountLines($sFile) If FileExists($sFile) Then $sFile = FileRead($sFile) StringRegExpReplace($sFile, "\v{1,2}|$", "") Return @Extended EndFunc ;<==> _File_CountLines() Edited June 19, 2010 by GEOSoft George Question about decompiling code?
