Hadez
I was looking for a torrent editor so that i can replace one tracker with another but all i can find are ones with a GUI. I want to avoid having this so that i can have the torrent editor edit torrents automatically. Is there any way to do this? Ive heard in php, i wud be able to do this quite simply. Is it possible in Autoit? This is way beyond my level of coding so does anyone know where i can find a torrent editor, or a code that i can try to modify that can edit the tracker easily, similar to what http://torrenteditor.com/ does? That site must have a way of accesing the torrent, finding the tracker and replacing the tracker with one i want. Any ideas? Thanks for your help
JohnOne
http://www.autoitscript.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=115855 I doubt that will help you with your tracker issue as it stands, I forgot all about it I'll add that functionality next. JohnOne
You talking about the .torrent file itself? I have no idea about them, I imagine you could do it with notepad. Hadez
Yeh, im talking about editing the teracker of a single .torrent. I dont think i can use notepad, the last time i tried to edit a .torrent using notepad, it created an invalid torrent.
JohnOne
Ah, yes, that will probably be the torrent hash, which is most likely a security feature to hinder tampering.
