Hello everyone, I just finished installing AutoIt, and I have a question.

I installed AutoIt with the intention of making a skill leveling macro for an online MMORPG i play called 9Dragons. I have no experience whatsoever with AutoIt, although I have 2 years experience with .net languages (VB, C++, C#)

How long could one expect to have to learn the language before being capable of making a simple macro where the hotkey is selected from a drop down menu, and then the number of times to cast before pressing 'p', and then starting again.

,Thanks

Yes, Although It may not seem like I read it, I did.

The games ToS states nothing about bots or macros, just hacks and alteration of code.

If you have experience with other programming languages, it should be fairly easy to grasp AutoIt, I think its the easiest scripting language I've ever seen. If you play with the examples in the help file for a few hours, you should do it, pay attention to IE management UDF

AutoIt is software; AutoIt is used to create software. So yes, you are violating the game's TOS. Thread locked.
