SSD - Set Sound Device [Updated 2017-Sep-16]

hello i have used your program for many years and I thank you for making it, it is very nice. 

Today I am getting this error. Only change is installed 3 new hard drives to computer for extra storage, did not make changes to OS. Redownloaded your software fresh, created new shortcuts, rebooted computer. No fix. 

Am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit.

Sorry didnt see how to edit post..But just to clarify that error is when using any shortcut I've made.

Hello again,

I am still uncertain about why this problem is happening or what caused it to stop working in the first place. However, I have found that creating new shortcuts and unchecking the "Perform Device Switch Hidden" option results in my shortcuts working again (just has the sound window pop up and close which should be okay). Thanks again for this program!

Had been using this for years now but recently encountered the same issue as @KrossFire330. Hopefully, unchecking Use Device Names for Switching helped.

Works fine on Win 8.1, I used it to create a Toggle between 2 devices shortcut, put the shortcut in the desktop and set a shortcut to it (Ctrl-Alt-S)

By the way the shortcut needs to be on the desktop for the shortcut to work, it seems.
