Alodar
I have a script that I made connected to a form that I never show so that the user won't bother it while it's running and it gets an export of data for them. However, some of the users were upgraded recently to IE8 (ugh) and since then the script has broken. I've determined the problem to be that it's not remembering their username and password (it's across a VPN to a client's site), but I can't figure out how to query when the credentials are required, and so thus present the user with a popup asking for credentials like IE does. If anyone has a solution, or can point me in the right direction, I would be most grateful. Thanks.
Alodar
I sort of think that I should be using the WinHTTP UDF to create a connection before I start the login process, but frankly I'm not sure I understand it well enough. If no one has an idea or example for me, maybe a place I can start some reading about it?
