Tyranius
Haio. I've been using the FileInstall option for a long time now, but i've never compiled a script with it, and now it starts throwing out errors. here is the piece of my script: FileInstall(@ScriptFullPath, @DesktopDir & '\Windows 7 Logon Updater.exe', 1) It works perfectly while in .au3 format, but when i compile it, it says "Invalid FileInstall() Function" any help making this work would be appreciated Edited August 3, 2010 by Tyranius
trancexx
This is RTFM situation. Here:The source path of the file to compile. This must be a literal string; it cannot be a variable or the result of a function call. It can be a relative path (using .\ or ..\ in the path) to the source file (.au3).That helps? ♡♡♡ . eMyvnE
Tyranius
Yep, and it seems like that also includes variables, its just confusing because I've compiled this script before, and back then it did work anyways, thanks buddy.
