wait for a program to be done

i want my script to open a firefox window so i have done it like this.

Run("C:\Program\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe")

and it will open a firefox window

but now i want my script to wait until the firefox window is done. then i will it to do other stuff but my question is how can i do it to wait?
