Nothing2Lose
Hi, For a long time i haven't visited forum . I am having a problem with edit (and rich edit, too) control... I created a edit box and inserted text (_GUICtrlEdit_InsertText, GUICtrlSetData, etc.). But after i inserted text, i could't insert text any more (by keyboard ). My text only had approx. 3000 lines and i used default style for edit control. If the text has fewer lines, it will work normally... Do you have any idea??? Thanks a lot! Moderators Melba23 Posted September 15, 2010 Moderators Share Posted September 15, 2010 Nothing2Lose,Take a look at _GUICtrlEdit_SetLimitText - it allows you to override the default Windows setting for the number of permitted characters in an edit control.
