CyberSlug Posted February 26, 2004 Share Posted February 26, 2004 The string you posted--which I can't see until I highlight it --is 5130 bytes long.Buried in the help file:Maximum string length is 2147483647 characters (but keep in mind that no line in an AutoIt script can exceed 4095 characters.)Solutions:Break the string up:$t = "really long thing not to exceed approx 4080 characters"$t = $t & "more of the really long thing"$t = $t & "etc etc"Or read the string from a file.Hope that helps Use Mozilla | Take a look at My Disorganized AutoIt stuff | Very very old: AutoBuilder 11 Jan 2005 prototype I need to update my sig!
