wakillon
CanYouRunIt v1.0.0.8 How many times did you install a game without knowing if your computer can run it ?Here is a solution ! Previous downloads : 206Update of 2012 04 15CanYouRunIt v1.0.0.8.au3 Project Discontinued ! Tested on XP and Seven / IE9 with compatibility mode successfully. Sometimes it display this pic, because website don't know if old games can be running on Seven correctly... Their explanations : Unfortunately Windows 7 was not available when this product was released, so it is not OFFICIALLY supported. In some cases if the product runs on Windows Vista, it may also run on Windows 7. Please review the publisher’s website for more information. Externals files are downloaded at first execution. kaotkbliss
I still get the stuck at "analyzing" I went to the site and ran it but it could not determine my pc (at least most of it) All it could get was ram and OS So, the ActiveX is installed and I tried making the change to $oIE= _IECreate ( "http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/CYRI/intro.aspx" ) The website puts the game into the dropdown but then becomes unresponsive. When I manually enter the name in the space above the dropdown on the website, then the "can you run it" button becomes active. It then wants to install the activeX again. I tried to give as much detail as possible for you. all my system specs are in my sig 010101000110100001101001011100110010000001101001011100110010000 001101101011110010010000001110011011010010110011100100001 My Android cat and mouse gamehttps://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.KaosVisions.WhiskersNSqueek We're gonna need another Timmy! wakillon
Does it works if you open CanYouRunIt? website with IE "manually" and try a game test ?Your pc is it a monster who scared this little ActiveX ? Do you use IE9 ? Edited May 10, 2011 by wakillon AutoIt 3.3.14.2 X86 - SciTE 3.6.0 - WIN 8.1 X64 - Other Example Scripts
kaotkbliss
When I use the site manually the only thing it can detect is my OS and ram yes, I use IE9 Even though the activeX was installed from when I manually used the site, after I run your script (and kill it because it stuck) When I go back to the site, it needs to install the ActiveX again. So, maybe it's something with the installing of the activeX in the script? 010101000110100001101001011100110010000001101001011100110010000 001101101011110010010000001110011011010010110011100100001 My Android cat and mouse gamehttps://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.KaosVisions.WhiskersNSqueek We're gonna need another Timmy! wakillon
When you say "it needs to install the ActiveX again.", do you use the last manual msi installer of the website ?( available after Troubleshooting link )and did you try the IE8 compatibility mode of IE9 ?
