System Time Script?

im trying my best to create a way to do this, instead of wasting hours id thought id ask you guys.

i need to have a msg box come up to be able to setup the system time (say its 1:00, and i want to set it to 3:00), without having to go through all of the time/date crap

any help would be appreciated. and yes i did use search function and help.

In that case, you would have found _Date_Time_SetLocalTime !
