Blasium
Hey all together. This is the important part of my script, which doesnt works: $ie = _IECreateEmbedded() $gui = GUICreate("q-multi-manager", 800, 600) Global $dx = GUICtrlCreateObj($ie, 5, 5, 590 + 200, 590) GUISetState() MsgBox(0,"","start") _IENavigate($ie, "http://q-load.me") MsgBox(0,"",@error) My problem is, that this just displays a blanc site (so the @error-msgbox doesnt even appear), and after about 15 minutes i get the error code : Line 1110 (File:[skript]) Error: Variable must be of type "Object". But thats not the difficult part: This only appears to me (1), before 4 days it worked without problems (2) and there are no errors on other websites (3), like f.e. google. Of course, i already disabled the firewall (4). The only thing i did, when this problem started, was making a download from this website using InetGet, but i cant imagine, how this problem occured. So, my question, how the hell is this even possible ? How can i solve this ? How could this appear ? Requesting any available tips, Blasium
PsaltyDS
As you pointed out, your posted code works fine with any valid URL (i.e. Google or AutoItScript.com), so the problem is with whatever "q-load.me" is. When it's failing, does the page load in IE if you simply do _IECreate("http://q-load.me") without any of the embedded cuteness? Valuater's AutoIt 1-2-3, Class... DaleHohm
In addition to the above, in the msgbox never appears I's suggest that the page never finishes loading... the _IELoadWait called by _IENavigate actually times out in 5 minutes - but you should get a timeout error from IE.au3, not the message you mention. As PsaltyDS points out however, your focus of investigation should be on the specific web site.
