$sStr = '<div><a href="http://somesite.com#end" target="_blank" onclick' & @CRLF
$sStr &= '<p>some text goes here</p>' & @CRLF
$sStr &= '<div><a href="http://anothersite.com" target="_blank" onclick="_function"'
$aSRE = StringRegExp($sStr, "(?isU)<div.*><a href=\x22(.+)\x22\s*target.+_blank.+onclick", 3)
If NOT @Error Then
    For $i = 0 To UBound($aSRE) -1
        MsgBox(4096, "Result", $aSRE[$i])
