ASM code injection

I just want to start off by saying this is for developing an antihack system for a private game server as seen here. I'm not very familiar with code injection and stuff I want to know if its possible to inject some ASM code like change a JMP to a JNE at "said address" with autoit. I'm assuming you can because I did some searching and found some scripts (like ASMinject.au3), but I'm not quite sure if it's what I need. If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be awesome. Also, I would like to know if it would be possible to hide processes from the task manager with autoit too.
