right click on an app in sys tray + select menu

Hi guys,

The main idea is to be able to click on a certain app in systray and be able to select (click) an item whose text i know. Please see attached img.

In the example img i want to be able to right click on nod32 icon in systray and click on the button called UPDATE.

Using the script from the above link i can right click the systray, but my problem is how do i click the UPDATE button? - there is a solution like sending UP and ENTER. I need solution that uses the Button text > UPDATE. If the button changes position, then the hard coded solution with UP + ENTER will not work.
