how to read the selection of a ComboBox

Why in this code when I press the OK button it always display "0" instead of the selected number? I would it to display the selected number, what's the problem in my code?

(I'm a newbie)

You are reading the combo as soon as it is created, so there is liitle wonder it returns "0". :P

Try reading it after you press the button:

GUISetState(@SW_SHOW)

While 1
  Sleep(1000)  ; Idle around

You were reading the ComboBox at the start which of course was the Default 0 and then not reading it again. Look for ; <<<<<<
