Also I'm not making you use this UDF, it's at your discretion whether or not you use it. Just thought I would clear that up.

I daily use a lot of your UDFs/Snippets, I take this opportunity for thank you for effort.

Simply I just wonder if this one can be useful for me as well.

Excellent work good Sir, thank you very much, very useful indeed!

Is there a way to put the running script in the all users startup folder?

All I need is for it to run only once when logging in as a domain admin then delete it when exiting.

Check the $fAllUsers parameter and once your application has been run just call the uninstall function.

You can't with this UDF nor do I think it can be done without logging in.

Thanks, guinness, for bringing everything needed for adding a script to the PC startup to a centralized location. Sorry I've never stopped in to thank you, but I've been using this UDF for a good while.

It's nice to have things like these in a central and easily accessible area. Even if the concept is simplistic, you've saved me the work of building the UDF myself.  :thumbsup:

Could you add 2 functions to test whether a startup entry already exists in a startup folder or registry location? Those functions would be useful to me and perhaps to others as well.

I have added _StartupFolder_Install() and _StartupRegistry_Exists(), plus I basically re-wrote the whole UDF from scratch, so now it's a lot more manageable. Before there was tons of duplicate code everywhere, so I just streamlined it a little bit.
