Herb191
I started getting “requested action with this object has failed” error when I started using the Access UDF on a computer running Windows 7. Long story short it does not appear to be a problem with the UDF but with the fact that I am trying to run it on a 64 bit system. See this post for the trouble shooting we did with the UDF. I did some research on the web and found a post that said they fixed the same problem I am having with a registry redirect. The problem is I have no idea how to do a registry redirect. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh and here is the post talking about the fix. http://bytes.com/topic/access/answers/886682-adodb-connection-automation-error
