lkn
Hello! Isn't it possible to run scripts on machines via remote desktop? I would like to run a script on e.g. 10 machines via remote desktop at the same time. It is a simple script which controls the mouse and has pixel "check points" and takes some print screens when things succeeds or fails. I start the script via the remote desktop session, so I do not have any problems with permissions or similar. But it seems that when the remote desktop window isn't active the script stops. On the print screens which the script takes the window looks black. Isn't it possible to run scripts like this? Or are there any work arounds? Any hints would be highly appreciated. Thank you! Varian
Is the Print Screen running on your machine or the remote machine? When you say the RDP isn't active, is the session still open and another window on your machine have focus or have you disconnected or logged off from the session? Is there a screensaver running on the remote machine?
