jvanegmond
Windows is not designed to do this. You can use the hibernate state which will write its memory to disk. The purpose of a restart is actually to stop all running programs and services, go to a full shutdown, then start again from scratch. If you don't want it to start from scratch, then you don't want to reboot the computer. In that case, check out hibernate. github.com/jvanegmond
