Marquee Progressbar back and forth

Is there a way to make a marquee progress bar move from left to right and at the end, it moves backwards from right to left??

So like this..

■■■□□□□□□□□□□□

then..

□□□□□■■■□□□□□□

then..

□□□□□□□□□■■■□□

then..

□□□□□□□□□□□■■■

then..

Check out by Melba23. There is code in there for all sorts of progress bar marquee styles that he created a while back. I'm sure you'll find something in it that suits what you're looking for.

If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.
