DaveBot Posted March 26, 2011 Share Posted March 26, 2011 I've created a PDF from the online user guide. It's too large to upload (because of the 64K restriction). It's about 5M but if anybody wants it, drop me a line. I used PrimoPdf to print the webpages as PDF documents. I used this website to merge the 10 PDF docs at a time into larger docs: http://www.ilovepdf.com/merge_pdf I then used http://www.pdfescape.com to edit the individual docs, such as deleting url headers, then adding page numbers. I went back to ilovepdf to do the final assembly of the smaller groups. Voila! The pages were numbered next,and then the Table of Contents was filled in. Thats when I discovered that only one page of the FAQ had made it into the PDF, so rather than renumber all the pages, I added the FAQ as Appendix B. Oh well. Enjoy!
