how to close inactive internet explorer using autoit

Hi ruhullahq,

I don't really get what you want to achieve.

To close a running program use ProcessClose(), use WinGetState() to determine whether a window is visible or not.

:)

my problem is that i wrote a script to open internet explorer ,which in turns open java to run an application.

But in some instances either the internet explorer or java session becomes totally white /freeze and user has to close java session and then open new internet explorer manually.

I want to do the same through script. hope it helps.
