Hello,

I'm working on a script and have run into an issue, I use the _IEImgClick function to find the image I need to click on, when it does the click on the image it appears to not fire the events associated to the object.

I have looked at debugbar and have found the following for the item I need to click on, below are the details from debugbar.

onmouseup = function anonymous() {this.src='/ecris/images/but_submit_reg.gif'}

onmousedown = function anonymous(){this.src='/ecris/images/but_submit_mdn.gif'}

onclick=function anonymous(){manageAccessHandler.getAddConfirmation('/ecris_audit');}

alt=Submit

My script is doing the following :

$oie=_ieattach("Master Session")

_IEImgClick ($oie, "but_submit_reg.gif", "src")

This does click the button , however the events associated to the object do not seem to fire. I'm not able to use the mouseclick function as the object moves locations on the screen based upon how much data the page displays.

Anyone have any ideas what I can try to address this ?

I think some javascript buttons require a mouseover event to work, which could be why.

I have seen possible solutions in this support forum, maybe a search for javascript buttons will turn something up.

Hello,

Seems that all of the javascript options i have found on the websitye ae based on the objectid, in my case the object appears to have no id.

Below is the source for the page, I tried looking thru that by search on the label of the button (Submit), and have had no luck in creating a solution to this issue.

Any odeas are welcome.
