Very noticable when you have a lot of items in the listview. If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.Give a programmer the correct code and he can do his work for a day. BrewManNH Posted April 30, 2011 Share Posted April 30, 2011 If you use the CID it will delete the items in your listview one line at a time using GUICtrlDelete, it will run through a loop to do this. If you use a handle, it will send the listview control a message that deletes all the lines. So, if you have a lot of lines in your listview, you can see why it takes a while.
