Hi,

I please need some help with this problem:

I have a Button Control in a GUI. The User should press the button for a label counting up - no problems so far. Now I want to achieve that if the user presses the button for a longer time, the label should go on counting up as long as the user presses the button. S.th. like "_ispressed", but detected for a certain GUI Control. Is this possible?

Regards

Ralf

Maxpilot,

This should help:

#include <GUIConstantsEx.au3>

$iCount = 0

$hGUI = GUICreate("Test", 500, 500)

$hButton = GUICtrlCreateButton("Increase", 10, 10, 80, 30)

$hLabel = GUICtrlCreateLabel(0, 10, 100, 100, 100)
GUICtrlSetFont(-1, 18)

GUISetState()

While 1
    Switch GUIGetMsg()
        Case $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE
            Exit
        Case $GUI_EVENT_PRIMARYDOWN

            $iBegin = TimerInit()
            While 1
                $aCInfo = GUIGetCursorInfo($hGUI)
                If $aCInfo[4] = $hButton Then
                    $iCount += 1
                    GUICtrlSetData($hLabel, $iCount)
                EndIf
                Do
                    If GUIGetMsg() = $GUI_EVENT_PRIMARYUP Then
                        ExitLoop 2
                    EndIf
                Until TimerDiff($iBegin) > 250
                $iBegin = TimerInit()
            WEnd
    EndSwitch
WEnd

Please ask if you have any questions. :unsure:
