Tsukihime
I'm planning out a GUI that builds a list of entries from a text file and displays it in a listview The text file is composed of two columns separated by tabs. One column lists the "name", the other column lists the "category" I will parse the file and build a list of categories, which will be placed in a combobox. The user will be able to select a category from the combobox and the listview will be updated to show only the names that were tagged with the selected category I have not figured out how I will store the names yet (and the category they long to), but I think the solution to this problem lies in how I choose to store them. Any suggestions? Edited May 17, 2011 by Tsukihime
KaFu
Read the data to a data-array. Loop through the data and filter it based on the combobox selection to create a second temporary array to display the data in the listview.
