I know that I have seen/read this and now cannot find the code. I want to use the mouse to draw anywhere on the screen (on any application/window). Can someone point me to the OP? I want to create a highlighter/line/arrow/circle/text drawing on the window and then be able to take a screen shot of the new info. I have found a circle - but it draws it - i want to be able to pick location on the spot not static but dynamic. I have also found FreeText from Valuater: Any help would be
