FireFox
Hi, I have a popup like GUI which displays a wait message, to make it shows I only change transparency of it. It works for the main GUI, but the childs of the main GUI, my popup window appears behind... Here is the popup window : $GUI_Wait = GUICreate("", 250, 37, -1, -1, $WS_CAPTION, $WS_EX_TOOLWINDOW, $GUI) WinSetTrans($GUI_Wait, "", 0) GUISetState(@SW_SHOW, $GUI_Wait) Func _GUIWait_SHOW() GUISetState(@SW_DISABLE, $GUI) WinSetTrans($GUI_Wait, "", 255) EndFunc ;==>_GUIWait_SHOW Func _GUIWait_HIDE() WinSetTrans($GUI_Wait, "", 0) If Not WinActive($GUI) Then WinActivate($GUI) GUISetState(@SW_ENABLE, $GUI) EndFunc ;==>_GUIWait_HIDE But it's not very good... what I want is a kind of MsgBox which when is shown, you can't click on other guis and the popup window is always over guis and not over all windows like topmost style $GUI=GUICreate("") GUISetState() MsgBox(64, "", "", 0, $GUI) Br, FireFox. BrewManNH
When you call your pop up window, you can always hide the other GUI windows. Or at the very least disable them and set the focus to your pop up window. If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.Give a programmer the correct code and he can do his work for a day.
