Is there a solution for the Win7 problem with WinExists and WinActivate?

Recommended Posts

I have a working function (in Vista(32)) that will not work in Win7(32).

Research appears to show that AIT uses SysListView32 to view controls/text (at least with the WinExists and WinActivate functions) and in Win7 Microsoft has started implementing DirectUIHWND more, breaking my app. Everything thing is the same on both machines, sans the Vista 32 bit/ Win7 32 bit.

Is there a work around or fix for this?

Thanks for reading.

There is no problem.

AIT

AIT means nothing. Did you mean Au3?

That's just gibberish.

Again, there is no problem. The window you are automating changed and you haven't fixed your script.
