Conpare this to a loop operation. If I do something for values 1 to 2 (increment = 1). That would be two operations. If I loop an operation for 1 To 1 it will be 1 operation. Likwise looping For 0 To 0 will be one operation. It is the default behaviour and overall consistant.

In this case we have a situation where the default behaviour is to send a key at least once. The loop says For 1 To 0 (increment = 1). In fact the statement is saying do this operation once, and then repeat it until the incremented value exceeds zero.

Ok, some of you don't want to propose the change to the help file and rule therefore I will not request the change. We will keep the 0 repetitions = 1 repetition rule.
