If I loop an operation for 1 To 1 it will be 1 operation. Likwise looping For 0 To 0 will be one operation. It is the default behaviour and overall consistant. In this case we have a situation where the default behaviour is to send a key at least once. The loop says For 1 To 0 (increment = 1). In fact the statement is saying do this operation once, and then repeat it until the incremented value exceeds zero.
