If all Input control are different then...

Hi to all =D

I have a gui with 10 Input Control (GUICtrlCreateInput), and i have a button that check if all InPut Control have different text, if all input control are different then...do what you want, else say MsgBox.

How i can controll if all 10 Input Control have different text?

GUICtrlCreateInput("", 10, 35, 300, 20)
GUICtrlCreateInput("", 10, 35, 300, 20)
GUICtrlCreateInput("", 10, 35, 300, 20)
etc...
If all input have different text Then
do what you want
Elseif there are 2 or much more input control with the equal text Then
Msgbox(16,"","Error, all input MUST be different!")
Endif

How i can do that?

I create the inputbox with an array...i write the text into it...and?

I need a method to check if all inputbox are different =)

Loop through the array of control id's with GUICtrlRead, and do a comparison to every other input control's contents.

What BrewManNH said! StungStang, there are Examples in the Forum which show you how to use GUICtrlCreateButton() and Arrays, useful search terms "GUICtrlCreateButton" & "Array".

You want to know how to write the condition... first you need to get the return of the GUICtrlCreateInput() Function and save it into an array(if this is not that way it will be a little more difficult to do the task), to do that you will need some mathematical skill to create some bucle witch create all the inputs in a different location and with a different array index.

the For Next bucle type will be the one to do the job.

i left that work to you.. figure out how to do it think a while on it, is not so hard, use a couple of variables for the position of the controls. luck with that

About the condition check..

do something like this
