JAFN
Yes, I'm back If I have a ListView that is populated by _GUICtrlListView_AddArray instead of _GUICtrlListView_AddSubItem, is it still possible to have alternating colors for the ListViews rows? Thanks The second mouse gets the cheese
sleepydvdr
$GUI_BKCOLOR_LV_ALTERNATE looks like it should do what you want. But I don't know exactly how to use it just yet... #include <ByteMe.au3>

JAFN
I don't see how to use that with _GUICtrlListView_AddArray. The second mouse gets the cheese
Moderators Melba23 Posted July 9, 2011 Moderators Share Posted July 9, 2011 JAFN,I seem to remember (from a query some time ago) that you cannot use $GUI_BKCOLOR_LV_ALTERNATE directly with _GUICtrlListView_AddArray - and the function within the #Include file was not easily modifiable to use it. The only way was to set up the ListView to use alternate colouring and then write your own function using a loop to add the items separately. Give it a go and come back if you run into difficulties - but do attach a example of your array and explain how you want it displayed if you do. As it isn't simple there are far more pressing functions for this script. But I will return to cosmetics at some point and will post my results when successful. As always, thank you for your time.
