I was trying to make an utility which would allow users to make a standalone exe from a script that would be generated based on inputs/choice/preferences that they provide ... is it possible ? However, FileInstalling Aut2Exe and AutoItSC.bin and using RunWait to compile a script created with FileWrite is quite possible, albeit a little fiddly - I have done it myself. Au3 is an interreted language .... thanks for the link .. but i guess i will have to ship in aut2exe,upx and autoitsc.bin with the compiled script ...
