You can use TimerInit() and TimerDiff() if you want to measure time in AutoIT.

basically i wanted to do load test and stress testing (probably replicate the things which we used to do in load runner)

using Autoit pls refer me any manual related to that.

Maybe you are after something like Performance Counters <- Search <- Example scripts By Ascend4nt

Perhaps read and you will find the manual. And if English isn't your native language: Google!
