ShortCut with admin rights Windows 7

Hello,

on windows 7, the is a new option to execute the program with the admin rights, how can we modify the FileCreateShortcut or create a new function to activate it?

The program is not made with autoit! With AutoIt, I know we have the option #RequireAdmin.

Below, the picture to see this new option, sorry it's in french :

Do you mean that you want the shortcut to run the program as admin but without the user being asked for the admin password?
