Tripredacus Posted August 25, 2011 Share Posted August 25, 2011 Aut2exe lets you select an icon. I compile using a favicon which looks fine in as tray icon, or in Explorer on Small, List or Details. However the preview icon and any larger options are very blurry. I know that most EXEs will have 2-3 icons in it for the various sizes. How can I add these additional sized icons into a compiled EXE? smartee Posted August 25, 2011 Share Posted August 25, 2011 hi Tripredacus,Not really an AutoIt related question, when authoring your icon, you have to pack different sizes into it, for 16x16, 32x32 etc. The ICO file format is an image file format for computer icons in Microsoft Windows. .ICO files contain one or more small images at multiple sizes and color depths, such that they may be scaled appropriately.So do some research, maybe use some 3rd party app to design and create your icons containing multiple sizes, then try using it with Aut2Exe, you'll be pleasantly surprised.
