InetGet maximun file size

Recommended Posts

Does anyone know if InetGet has a maximum file size it can download? I see it fail from time to time and the only correlation I have come up with is that it has to do with large zip files, and so I'm postulating that InetGet has some sort of file size limit. What is the mechanism for buffering the file as its being downloaded?

Thanks,

Ken

I don't know of any maximum file size for InetGet(). But that's not saying much.

But what file size do you have in mind where InetGet() starts to fail ?

And why do you think its InetGet() that has failed instead of something else failing ? (Like the internet connection with the server that's sending the file.)

Buffering: Don't know about that. Don't think it matters at this point either.

(Relevant code part's of your InitGet() handling might be a good idea to. Just so its at least possible (for others mind you) to rule out possible user-coding errors. (Yea, I know. 'Only fails sometimes'))
